Waters of Heaven, also known as Purgatory, is a Fantasy/Mystic Sci-Fi setting. It involves many different nonhuman civilizations and cultures, and a complex history accross many generations. It takes inspiration from many different media sources such as Neon Genesis Evangelion, Yume Nikki and Half Life 2. It does not follow any real protagonists or central characters, instead focusing on a dynamic, dreamlike and interesting world with unique potential for character development. It is a small project, currently being created by only a handful of people, but will hopefully continue expanding as time goes on.
